This Privacy Policy explains how AUMALE LLC (“AUMALE,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, handles personal information collected through this website, aumalellc.com (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. Purchases on the online stores of our brands are governed by the privacy policy published on each store.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, company (optional), email address, the subject of your inquiry and your message. We need your name, email address and message to respond to you.
Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These server logs are used to keep the Site secure and running. Our contact form also uses your IP address, held temporarily, to limit abusive submissions.
Cookies and tracking. The Site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising and does not track you over time or across other websites. Because it does not track visitors, it does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
2. How we use information
- to read and respond to your inquiry;
- to evaluate business relationships you propose to us;
- to protect the Site against spam and abuse;
- to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with:
- service providers that run the Site and our email on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and contact form), Resend (delivery of contact form messages), Cloudflare (domain and email forwarding) and Google (our email inbox);
- authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of AUMALE or others;
- a successor if all or part of our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
4. How long we keep information
As a general rule, we keep contact form messages and related email correspondence for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We review our correspondence periodically and delete messages that have reached the end of this period. Server logs and delivery records held by our service providers are kept for limited periods under their own policies.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. To make a request, email contact@aumalellc.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
If European Union, United Kingdom or Swiss data protection law applies to you, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, keeping business records and securing the Site, and to meet our legal obligations. You may also request restriction of processing, object to it, receive a copy of your information, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Where information is processed
AUMALE is a U.S. company. Information you send us is processed in the United States and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate.
7. Security
The Site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to personal information to those who need it. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to AUMALE LLC at contact@aumalellc.com.
